New Waverly Nassau Vine Crimson Fairfield Williamsburg Valance from JC Penney. These valances have a double layer effect that combines coordinating colors and prints. Separate valances are sewn together at the rod pocket. Shirrs to about half stated width. 78Wx14"D (plus 2 inches at top). The top has a floral and vine design in pinks, yellow, gold and greens on a deep crimson red background. The bottom layer is a stripe in gold, dark blue and deep crimson red.
