New Waverly Chianti Cabernet Fairfield Valance from JC Penney. These valances have a double layer effect that combines coordinating colors and prints. Separate valances are sewn together at the rod pocket. Shirrs to about half stated width. 78Wx14"D (plus 2 inches at top). The top has a grape, floral and vine design in pinks and greens on a deep cabernet red background. The bottom layer is a stripe in greens, gold, white and deep cabernet red.
